74. Isaac Learned (bp. 1624–1657), son of William Learned and Goodith Gilman
Isaac Learned was baptised on 25 February 1623/4 in Bermondsey, Surrey. [1] He died on 8 (10) 1657 in Chelmsford. [2, 11] He married Mary Stearns on 9 July 1646 in Woburn. [3]
75. Mary Stearns (bp. 1626–1662/3), daughter of Isaac Stearns
Mary was baptised on 6 January 1625/6 in Nayland with Wissington. [4] She died before 21 December 1663, when inventory was taken on her estate .Mary married second John Burge of Weymouth on 9 June 1662. [5]
Isaac came to New England with his parents in 1630.
Isaac Learned was one of the petitioners for a grant of land for the town of Chelmsford on 19 May 1653. [2, 2–3] He was a trustee of the town in 1654. [2, 754] At the second town meeting on 21 (1) 1655 he was chosen sergeant of the band. [2, 13] He was an original church member in 1655. [2, 11]
Isaac Learned's wife was an early member of the church in Chelmsford in 1655. [2, 12] Mary owned the covenant at the church on 11 (4) 1656. [2, 26]
Inventory was taken on Isaac's estate on 18 (10) 1657. It amounted to 187-18-06. [6]
On 2 (12) 1667 Samuel Stearns posted a bond and Isaac Stearns was a surety concerning the children of Isaac Learned. [7]

i. Mary Learned was born on 15: 5m: 1646. She was baptised on 1: 12m: 1656 in Chelmsford. She married Moses Barron.
ii. Anna Learned was born on 11: 6m: 1648. She was baptised on 1: 12m: 1656 in Chelmsford. She married Ensign Joseph Farwell on 15 December 1666 in Chelmsford. [8, 26]
iii. William Learned was born on 1: 8m: 1650. He was baptised on 1: 12m: 1656 in Chelmsford.
iv. Sarah Learned was born on 15: 9m: 1652. She was baptised on 28 October 1653 in Chelmsford.
v. Isaac Learned was born on 16 September 1655 in Chelmsford. He was baptised [?] on 5 October 1655 in Chelmsford
vi. Benoni Learned was born on 29 November 1657 in Chelmsford. He was baptised [?] on 4 December 1657 in Chelmsford.
